This page explains how Whilst handles the details you give us on this site. Last updated 1 October 2026.

What we collect

When you fill in the form: your name, business name, mobile, email, the services you deliver, your service area, your capacity for new participants and how you currently find participants. We also record which ad or link brought you here.

Why

To contact you about our client acquisition service and to set up the call you book. We don’t sell your details and we don’t add you to anyone else’s list.

Where it goes

• Our servers (Vercel) process the form and keep a log of your enquiry.
• Telegram sends us an alert so we can call you quickly. Telegram may store data outside Australia.
• Calendly handles the booking step if you choose a time.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads. When you submit the form we send Meta a record of the enquiry, with your email, phone and name hashed (scrambled one way) so Meta can match it to an ad view without receiving them in readable form. Meta may process data outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by replying to any message we send you. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and in your browser.

Participants

This form is for NDIS provider businesses, not participants. Please don’t include any participant’s personal or health information here.
