Pay per signed participant. Not per lead. Not a retainer.

3 new signed participants in 30 days. Miss one, it’s refunded. We handle everything, from finding the participant to the signed service agreement. We find participants in your area, call every enquiry within 5 minutes, talk with the family, the support coordinator and the plan manager, do the paperwork and book the first session. You just onboard.

  • Only participants in your area, with the right funding, who fit your service
  • Every participant has 3+ funded hours a week, or an ongoing therapy plan

Sound familiar?

You didn’t start an NDIS business to chase enquiries.

9:47pm

You’re still returning calls and filling in intake forms after a full day.

The roster

You have workers ready and gaps to fill, and you’re waiting on SCs to send someone through.

The agency

You paid for “NDIS leads”, got a list of names, and every call was still yours to make.

The follow-up

A family enquired on Saturday. By the time you called on Tuesday, they’d signed somewhere else.

Not leads. Signed participants.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We stop at the signature.

How it works

From first enquiry to first session.

  1. 01

    We map your service

On a short call we set your criteria: the services you deliver, your area, the funding categories you take, the hours you can staff, and how many new participants you can take on.

  2. 02

We find participants in your area

We find participants who need your service, in your area, the right way: everything follows the NDIS Code of Conduct. No pressure, no inducements, no promises about outcomes.

  3. 03

Every enquiry is called within 5 minutes

During business hours we call straight away. Nights and weekends are covered too, so a Saturday enquiry doesn’t sit until Tuesday.

  4. 04

We work it to a signature

We speak with the participant, their family, their support coordinator and their plan manager. We check fit and funding and do the paperwork, all on your behalf and in your business’s name.

  5. 05

    You onboard

You get the signed service agreement, a booked first session and a ready-to-onboard file. Your team does what it’s good at.

The guarantee

3 signed participants in 30 days. Miss one, it’s refunded.

You pay $1,000 per signed participant, and only for participants who sign. If none sign within 30 days of us going live for your service, your $1,000 commitment fee is refunded within 7 days.

  • “Signed” means a signed service agreement and a first session booked, for a participant with 3+ funded hours a week or an ongoing therapy plan
  • Participants count when they meet the criteria you set on day one
  • 1 signed: your commitment fee covers it, nothing more to pay
  • 2 signed: you pay $1,000 for the second, and the third isn’t charged
  • Full terms are in your service agreement before you pay anything
Pricing

You pay for signed participants. Not for effort.

To start
$1,000

A commitment fee that covers your first signed participant. Refunded if no one signs in 30 days.

When #2 and #3 sign
$2,000

$1,000 for each further signed participant, invoiced when they sign. Miss one, and it isn’t charged.

In total
$3,000

For 3 signed participants with first sessions booked. $1,000 each, and you only pay for the ones who sign.

For scale: at the 2026–27 NDIS price limit of $73.58/hr, a participant on 5 hours of support a week is worth around $19,000 a year to your business.

All prices ex GST. Our fee is paid by your business. It is never charged to a participant or taken from a participant’s plan.

Is this for you?

We take one provider per service, per area.

A good fit
  • Registered NDIS provider
  • Support work, community access, in-home support or allied health
  • You have (or can recruit) staff for 3 new participants
  • You can run a first session within a week of signing
Not a fit (yet)
  • — Not yet registered with the NDIS Commission
  • — SDA-only or very high-needs specialist services with a small participant pool
  • — No capacity to take on new participants this month
Why we can guarantee it

Most participants aren’t lost to price. They’re lost to slow replies.

Families usually enquire with more than one provider. The one that calls back first, answers the support coordinator’s questions and makes the paperwork easy tends to be the one that gets signed.

That’s the part we take over. We’re opening this to 3 founding providers first, so every enquiry gets our full attention, and we put our fee behind it with a money-back guarantee.

Questions

Before you book.

Who talks to the participants?

We do, on your behalf and in your business’s name. We follow the NDIS Code of Conduct: no pressure, no inducements, and the participant’s choice and control always come first. If someone isn’t a fit for your service, we tell them honestly.

What counts as a “signed participant”?

A signed service agreement with a first session booked, for a participant with 3+ funded hours a week (or an ongoing therapy plan) who meets the criteria you set on day one: your area, your services, the funding categories you take and the hours you can staff.

What if you don’t deliver all 3?

You only pay for participants who sign. If 1 signs, your $1,000 commitment fee covers it. If 2 sign, you pay $1,000 for the second. If none sign within 30 days, your $1,000 is refunded within 7 days.

What if a participant drops off?

If a participant we delivered leaves before their 3rd session, for any reason including a plan change at review, we replace them free.

Do participants pay anything?

No. Our fee is paid by your business. Nothing is charged to a participant, and nothing comes out of a participant’s plan.

How quickly do you start?

Usually within a few days of our first call, once we’ve set your criteria and your service area. The 30 days start the day we go live for your service.

What services do you work with?

Support work, community access, in-home support and allied health work best. We don’t currently take SDA-only or very high-needs specialist services, because the participant pool is too small to guarantee results.
